Irving Caesar

Irving Caesar originally known as Isidor Caesar, was a prominent Jewish-American lyricist and theater composer who wrote lyrics for "Swanee," "Sometimes I'm Happy," "Crazy Rhythm," and "Tea for Two," one of the most frequently recorded tunes ever written.
