William R. Looney III
General William R. Looney III is a United States Air Force general. He was Commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio (2003-2005). In 2005, he assumed the command of the Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, Texas.
